As a Vietnamese, I believe many parents like mine would like to do everything to send their children to the United States for better education opportunities. They can invest all of their money into their children's English training programs or spend a fortune on their kids' short-term trips. From this, they hope their children can experience oversea culture and lifestyles.
However, Vietnamese parents can make a very infectious mistake by always telling their children that America is a super rich and perfectly beautiful country where people will live happily ever after and everyone can make a lot of money.
But they forget one important thing the American society will never pamper their kids like the way they did.
I wonder what would happen to kids, who was treated like like princes or princesses at home, have to suffer from being low-class-nobody individuals when they move to the U.S,
However, I'm respect their choices. I know why those parents want their children to go to America. It is a vast country where people come to look for chances.
In reality, it's very hard to be successful in America if you are a non-American.
According to The Secret Financial Lives of Americans, over 70 percent of U.S. adults say they'd find it difficult if their paycheck was delayed by a week because they don't know how to save money.
Money is never enough for them. They bought everything they like, everything they want and not thinking about the prices.
So if you wanna survive and success in America or anywhere else, you need to be careful on your destination, which cities you want to live in, what you wanna do there. Most importantly, please do not spend your money on unnecessary things.
To come to America is one thing, but to find success in America is another story.
Nowadays, there are many white supremacists in America. These people are very dangerous because they could do bad things to colored people.
To the ones who have the American dreams in their hearts, please be careful because every dream can turn into a nightmare like every coin has its two sides.
