The U.S. Department of State is working with Congress to provide $5 million for the new YSEALI Academy at FUV in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

4.The launch of the Mekong-U.S. Partnership
More than $150 million in additional funding to combat transnational criminal activities in the Mekong, including the trafficking of persons, drugs, wildlife, and natural resources, has been announced.
